1. Reservations and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Fares are subject to change based on international rail tariffs.

2. Luggage Restrictions

Due to the historical nature of our rolling stock, large hard-shell suitcases are stored in the baggage car. Passengers are permitted one soft overnight bag inside their moving suite.

3. Alteration of Route

While we guarantee luxury, we are subject to national railway networks. We reserve the right to alter routing or timings due to technical track conditions without liability.

4. Not Affiliated

PolarShowPebbl Rail Limited is an independent review and booking portal and is not affiliated with the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, Belmond, or any state rail operators unless explicitly stated.
